  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Recipe:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mash avocados with a fork until smooth.
  • Add Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place scoop size mixtures on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the cookies till they are crisp and golden. It will take about 30 minutes.
  • Let them cool and serve at room temperature.

Avocado Egg Salad

Preparation time to boil eggs: 20 minutes
Preparation time to prepare the salad: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 hardboiled eggs
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • Celery
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Recipe:

  • Take the eggs and place them to boil.
  • Once the eggs are ready, break its shell and cut them into small pieces
  • Mash avocados with mayonnaise.
  • Add chopped hard-boiled eggs, celery, lemon juice, and herbs.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve on a toast.

Avocado Pasta

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 80-100 grams Pasta
  • A tomato
  • 1 Sliced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Recipe:

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Once cooked, reserve ½ cup of hot pasta water then drain pasta.
  • Mash the avocado in a large bowl. Stir in the garlic and lemon juice then season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Stir in a ¼ cup of reserved pasta water.
  • Add pasta, tomatoes, and green onion then toss until the sauce coats the pasta.
  • If the sauce is too thick, add a little more pasta water.
  • Set pasta aside on a plate and serve hot.

Keto Avocado Coconut Smoothie

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger fresh and grated
  • ½ of an avocado
  • Five leaves spinach
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice freshly squeezed (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup water
  • Ice cubes

  • Wash the ginger and spinach.

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • ½ cup diced avocado
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon gelatin
  • ½ teaspoon honey or a sweetener
  • Sea salt (Optional)

Recipe:                                                                 

  • Place ½ cup water and gelatin in a small saucepan. The gelatin melts in about 2 minutes. Heat and stir the mixture until it is foamy.
  • Add water, avocado, vanilla extract, honey, and salt to the blender.
  • Blend the mixture for about 20 seconds.
  • With the motor still running, pour the gelatin powder into the blender and blend for another 20 seconds.
  • Chill the milk and serve cold.
